Why are you guys so, negative? Why there is nothing wrong in TR. We have money to put in new side walks and there is certainly enough money to pay Bippuss salary and perks. Things are great here.

It is under the City Manager's responsibility. But, to expend our tax dollars to give the City a 'Zoo Image'. What City employee's time was expended to put it on the net?

Maybe, the image of a petting zoo, is a good one for Three Rivers?
Went on the City web site to learn what all might be on the agenda for tonight's Commission meeting. Well, the last agenda was for June 7, and the last minutes were for last month. Public notices related to last year, and the one before.
The creatures at the petting zoo for the City image - interesting!

Is it the same situation as when schools threaten to cut football and other sports to save money?

Have Welton Homes, I mean Edwin Allen knock down the old Hospital and Scidmore park. Then build Bippuss a Castle so he can rule us serfs from up high. This would put an end to two problems for old King Bippuss.[}:)]

To get back on topic , I really can't imagine why they would choose to promote the Zoo it this point. The so called Zoo is a disaster. There as so few animals there that it has very little draw anymore. The place is a mess, no fault of Clarissa , it's simply not financed or maintained . Now that Mr. Bippus has the Zoo HE always wanted, it's more of an embarrassment that a benefit to this city.
Take a look around the place and form your own opinion. Is it something you are proud of ????
