Rumors about Liberty1st Untrue

Who ever is spreading the rumor that the City of Three Rivers or the Saint Joseph County governments can find out a users identity on the Liberty1st forum is lying. They are just trying to scare people or more likely government employees from speaking anonymously here.

I own the Liberty1st domain and have access to every part of it and the most I can know about your personal information is what you tell me either through your posts or by the information you put in the form used to sign up here.

I have never once revealed anyone's identity here and never would without some kind of court order (and that is assuming I knew it in the first place, which in most cases I do not.)

The only way I know it would be possible for some one to find out who you are would require a warrant to view my hosting provider's files and another warrant to view your ISP's files to find a match. However without sufficient cause this is not very likely to happen.

Apparently when you work for the City you do. See this post as a reference "Bippus received topnotch eval by TR Commission" (this subject starts a little over half way down the first page.)

And before anyone misinterprets my reply I am not equating the city to Nazi Germany. I am only addressing the voicing opinions part of that post.

It is a little weird that almost everybody who posts on the various sheriffs topics all stopped posting at the same time. They have either run out of things to say, have said everything that can be said or have just been silenced.

The visits and reads have dropped off a little but there are still well within the average so I know that most everybody is still out there lurking.

I am really not sure what to think about this turn of events. Is it coincidence?
