Cuzimrite: My guess is you have zero real leadership experience and it is most likely safe to say you couldn't lead anyone out of a paper bag. You are definitely a Socialist, bordering on Communist...a union zealot...unskilled labor. People with your beliefs are degrading morals and work ethic in this country. Stop breathing...you are wasting good oxygen.

I cannot wait until Michigan follows Wisconsin's suit...vblainv and pepa: run for the office if you are so upset (wait a sec...vblainv, you tried and lost, right?)...bit***** and whining is great...DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! One thing is for sure, our "people" keeping voting them into office. You sound like a lazy "blue collar" current or former union member who thinks you know how to run an organization...sh** or get off the pot!

Pepa, Pepa...the lot of you have used the word engineer like you know what it takes to actually work in a Road Commission. As an employee in the Road Commission, I will tell you that the managing director does not require an engineering degree as you put it. Please...someone explain to me what type of engineer you would like to see in the position...electrical, mechanical, construction, etc.? Any way you put it, as I have explained previously in this rediculous forum (refer above), that road construction is not a requirement for the position...sure, it is always handy to know how to lay asphalt, drive a stick shift, fill potholes, order inspections for bridges, purchase new vehicles, reduce risk, solicit state and federal funds, make dificult decisions, manage personnel, etc...seen as how that is what the managing director does and will do. The constant complaining by employees at the Road Commission sounds awfully familiar to the complaining that goes on within the Sheriff's Department and the Courthouse...God Bless Unions!...not! They have done and are doing more damage to production and economic growth in this county and country...they have greatly surpassed their span of influence and are nothing but a way to keep unsatisfactory (at best) employees in the workplace. Most of you on this blog, including VBlaineV, Pepa, RumorRunner, etc. are either jobless due to none other than your own fault, or have never had or kept a reputable job in your pathetic, negative and boring lives. P.S. I greatly enjoy being the voice of reality and reason...God knows there is no help for "you people."
