Not that my two cents is really worth anything, but that has never kept me from saying what's on my mind now has it.... First of all let me say this, I don't have any friends to choose or keep, or people I hang around with. There is not one single person who can say they are friends with me, they might know me, might have worked with me but I have not a single friend in this town and there is certainly no one who can tell who I am, even if they can tell what I do! I haven't left my home in months. I myself am going through a very rough time, I'm sure many of you have already heard, since word travels so fast in this town. But in case you haven't I will explain (in brief)...I caught my husband, we were going to seperate, things got out of control, I tried to hang myself, the cops were called, I was taken to the hospital, and I haven't left my house, taken a call or barely gotten out of bed since September. I lost so much because of this. I was just getting active again (the Crime Task Force) and the whole world was rocked under my feet. I just didn't want what happened to me and my family to happen to another. I have been set straight on this issue, Gary was caught red handed, his wife has sent him on down the road and his career is over. I can not tell you how sorry I am for Gary's family and my heart goes out to Fran, I know what she must be feeling. I pray for her to be stronger than I am. I never was afraid to admit that I was wrong when I was, but it never has gotten me anywhere. Again, my heart goes out to Fran and I will continue to pray for her. Ok, I just have to put my two cents worth in... First I would like to say, that I have a hard time believing the alligations made against Gary. I have worked side by side with Gary for Three Rivers Little League, Rocket Football and through his position with the city. I know Gary personally and believe that he is a dedicated man to his family and his career. I have never seen him act inappropriately and believe if there was any flirting (taken offensively) it had to have been mutual, he is after all only a man. I am more inclined to believe that he rubbed the wrong person the wrong way and might have been set up. Please remember these statements are all just how I feel!!!! My concern goes to this... Gary is a man who has a family, a house payment, a car payment and needs to pay bills and this could literally ruin his career (not just a job we are talking about here). He has a reputation among the children and parents he has coached and mentored in the above mentioned organizations. He has been certified and worked through the state, this is not just small town Three Rivers BS (Bippus s***) we aree talkig about here. It is a man's life. I am appalled at the responses of Rowdy, who if I remember right quit on the constituents who voted him in, and who seems to take pleasure in Gary's misfortune. Nothing like kicking a man when he's down huh Rowdy? As always, just adding my two cents worth!!! Casey Cox "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit."

Alright, here is all the latest news on the Weenie King... Fact: Mike is looking into the building where Matt & Mikes was located, however, the owner of the building needs to do some updating so that it can pass inspections before it will be available to Mike the Weenie King. Looking as far out as Jan. or Feb. before building will be ready. Hours at the library are as follows: Mon.-Fri. 10:30 am to 2:00 pm, Sat. open until 4:00 pm. Mike says he will be there all next week (weather permitting). He will stay out as long as it is 40 degrees and above! Waiting on an answer from Corporate that would allow Weenie Kings to set up at Home Depot for the winter. This may take a few weeks. Mike said when he receives approval from Corporate he will make an announcement in the News Paper and on Liberty First through me. I will keep you posted.... Also, the City has asked the Weenie King to set up at the Thanksgiving Tree Lighting Weekend on Saturday from Noon until 6:00 pm and also on Sunday. Santa will also be there! ha-ha-he-he Casey Cox "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit."

There was a really nice article in the Sturgis Journal yesterday by Jef Rietsma. Hey George, glad to see you on here. No need to thank me, that's just me being me. Just filling in the pot holes ha-ha-he-he. Casey Cox "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit."
Any details on "new" crime fighting task force?

Hey Blaine, Thanks so much! It was nice seeing you again too. I'll be at the next meeting if all goes well. I hope to start getting a little more involved again. Huh-oh! ha-ha-he-he.... Casey Cox "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit."
