Buck, Thank you so much for putting it on here. I just got a notice that all the pennants sold. BTW, do you charge to put ads on Liberty1st? I would be interested in putting my Ebay listings on here. [:)]

Meet the Candidates: Allen Balog & Jim Bippus 7/22

St. Joseph County • Jul 23, 2010 6:48 PM

I went to the candidate forum last night. It was finished within 35 mins or so. Jim Bippus' comments we're quick and to the point. Allen Balog's comments were more thought out. Both had good answers. One had clearer answers than the other on a few questions. I am not sure if it was recorded to be aired at a later date. Does anyone know if it was recorded? I am thinking it wasn't.

Curbside Recycling in Three Rivers

The program cost county taxpayers about $100,000 a year and covered most locations through a bin drop-off plan in various communities throughout the county. We were paying for it anyway. Quick question. If the taxpayers of St.Joe were paying $100,000 a year before the grant, how much did that break down per family? I think I found the population of households. (Households, 2000 census, 23,381.)Taken from the St. Joseph County website. If you divide $100,000 by 23,381 you will get $4.2769 or $4.28 per household per year. Feel free to check my math..lol Gretta
