To answer your question cball, the money can not be spent on repainting the walls because the city dose not own the buildings that mural is painted on. Grant money can not be spent that way. let me shed some light on your question lovinlife. It is not that the fact that they are using the building downtown for their bible studies. It was that they wanted to call it a church and with a church there comes other aspects that the city commission had to look at. And downtown really is not the best place for a church when there are other building that are available for their use. 2nd ward homeowner,hometown T.R.,U.S.NAVY vet.

Fire at Day Reporting Center November 9, 2010 by WLKM Authorities are asking for the publics help as the invesigation continues into the cause of a fire overnight at the Day Reporting Center, located at 505 S.
