I'll answer the pertinent questions you ask. I can tell you have a sense of conservativitism, I can respect that. You also assume that the taxes you "pay" to the IRS go directly to the gov't for your protection and schools etc. . No- Income Taxes only pay interest on the national debt, that's it. Well not exactly, the IRS takes seven percent of the Gross Receipts for there cut. This is not theory, but fact. Investigate for yourself. What would replace the private corporation, Federal Reserve Bank? How about the Treasury Bank of the united States of America, like it used to be? A viable party? Elections are bought and paid for. In this country, it doesn't matter who is in the White House, Bush Senior is in charge, has been since 1962 or earlier. Gold has been pledged as collateral for gold certificates issued to the Federal Reserve banks totaling $11.0 billion (see Note 13).” Well folks, it appears that the Feds decades ago promised the gold holdings of the US Government to the Federal Reserve at $44 per ounce. $44 per oz times 260,914,524 ounces (quoted holdings from above) = $11,480,239,056 (11.48 Billion dollars or the original debt owed) Well, the current market value of that gold at $660 per ounce = $172,203,585,840 or (172.2 Billion dollars) In a nutshell, our gold has been taken by the PRIVATE Federal Reserve as collateral. The chips? What about the people who DON'T want them in there bodies for whatever reason? Should an employer be able to force them to take it? And Juries? Judges may only "advise" juries, not "instruct". That would be "tampering". The jury is there for a purpose, and that is to judge the application of the law in a particular case. It is a Jury's Duty to deem wether a crime has been commited, not the judge's. That is why it is called a jury trial. A jury can nullify a law in a particular case based on the true intent of the defendant. It's called Jury Nullification. Again look into it. Patriot Act?
