Well, for a quick update on DPS. They let one of the guys on second go back to first, so now there are just two left on second. Which was pretty nice of them, but what happens when one of the second shifters is sick or on vacation? Well, they were told that someone would stay from first to help them cover. But already one was on vacation and the other was working by himself. And guess what? STILL NO LEAD MAN ON SECOND!! I'm beginning to wonder if there ever will be. What does everyone else think?

aradarlove Welcome to the forum. You're not trying to say that the police dept. has issue's too are you? Poor morale at the DPS is all I can speak for in Three Rivers, and I'm having a hard time convincing anyone of that! So I would be very interested to hear more about the police dept. Maybe if we can get enough people to express their dissatisfaction, something will change.

I was just wondering if anyone else caught the headline in Tuesday's Sturgis Journal? There is a nice article on their city manager. It seems he just turned down a raise because of the "financial strain on the city budget." Interesting concept, is it not?
