Ronda, Look at safehavensinternational.org; this is a great group of trained professionals dedicated to the safety of children and the elimination of school violence. I have read some of their literature and attended a presentation. "Weak Fish" is an excellent example of what can happen when bullying gets out of control and what chronic victimization does to children.

I have lived in three communities prior to living here; all had implemented the city sticker. It works much the same as a city or county dog tag. A nominal fee to allow citizens to park within the city limits on a regular basis. The pros are obviously the increased revenue and elimination of automobiles no longer being used. The con, as everyone pointed out is the increased expense. I have seen these stickers costing anywhere from $10 to $25 and had been in existence for so long, no one was bothered by the extra expenditure. On the other hand the property taxes in each of these communities was in the $4000 to $6000 dollar range and perhaps the occupants of these cities were not very concerned about shelling out another $10. Although I do not like to give the city any more then I have to, revenue like that would pay for a police chief and maybe even an extra officer!

Rotor360, In my humble opinion, every American citizen has the right to free speech. I can say that there are some exceptions, inmates, military, and apparently Three Rivers City employees. As stated in your earlier post to Blaine, you give up that right as a City employee, Blaine chose not to let go of his constitutional rights and therefore his employment was terminated. A man with broader shoulders could have taken the criticism, perhaps even expected it, and kept Blaine for the good of the park and the community and the families who frequent the park, we will be hard pressed to find a replacement as adept and qualified as Blaine.

Rotor360, yes it does include lies. If it is characteristic of an individual to tell half truths then such is their right. It is my opinion that the people who take the time to post here are speaking what they feel is the truth, as I said before, your view of the truth may differ. I am sure we can all identify the difference between fact and opinion. To answer you earlier question, sh*t, constitutes foul language or at least implies it! Oh and hey thanks for what I think may have been an off handed compliment! Anyway, this thread is about Joe. I have already stated, I have very little opinion either way about him. My own first hand experience has not been good, however, it was not bad enough that I will dwell on it.
