Pick a date and storm city hall. Of course contact Channel 3 news and all the local papers before hand. Also bring the info. about how He stuffed the last huge increase down Three Rivers citizens throat. Just a note with the latest massive increase , our wonderful City Manager and his spend thrift co-hurts still set a budget 1 million dollars over the projected income. Sounds like Washington politics. This city government is far more concerned about the city budget than the citizens they are SUPOSE to serve.

Does Mr. Bippus also get credit for all the burnt out lawns in Three Rivers. Certainly the lack of rain is not his fault but the fact that our water bills are so ridiculously high that very few are willing to water their lawns, is his fault. I'm not willing to throw more money toward City Hall when their already raping us. Lets give credit where credit is due ! Thank You Mr. Bippus for all the beautiful lawns,. How could anyone resist living in Three Rivers when it looks so beautiful. Now don't forget to give our City Commission a bit of credit to, they are also responsible for caring for the welfare of this city and it's citizens.

There is no change in the millage rate this year because they added it to your water bill. He raise the water bills from 65.00 per pay period to 105.00 and that's why they didn't ask for a millage increase. Mr. Bippus knew Three Rivers citizens would never approve an increase so he circumvented the system and raised your water bill to outrageous rates and got away with it. Why did he get away with it ? Because so few will do anything about it.
