Motorcycle helmet law heads to Granholm

It should be the same for seat-belts. If the user wants to risk death in the event of an incident, more power to them. If I was wearing a seatbelt in my accident I would have been killed. For the longest time I refused to wear one, the only time I wear one now is if there is a officer near by.

Pretty soon the only thing we will be able to do in America is breath. Even then some yahoo Politian, at the local, state or federal levels, will step in and try to regulate how many times a minute we can inhale and exhale. This is getting out of hand. So much for FREEDOM.

The Chief of Police position in Three Rivers

You know what is really odd there is a drug house a half a block away from the police station. Seven houses south, on the east side of South Constantine Street. I have two really good friends that are on a sheriff dept., one in Cass and the other in St. Joe and both have witnessed dealings taking place. I have stood on my porch and watched this happen, every time I am outside for almost 2 years. I have contacted the police but nothing happened. One of the drug houses across the street was shut down an hours after I pointed it out. For instance, a car pulls up, someone walks out of the house looks around before he or she gets into the car and the car drives off, you see the car go around the block and drops off the person who just got in, back at the house where they started. The whole process takes about three minutes. Sounds fishy? Yeah, this happens almost everyday. Same cars, same people, and most of the time, it is at the same time everyday. There is a huge present of children, mine included, right here on my four corners, even a commissioner and his family. Now that the summer is here the dirtballs come out to play. I have brought up this issue before here and have received other routes to take, but it hasn’t helped. My guess is, it is going to take something really bad to happen for our town government to pull their head out of their asses to see the big picture. What will be said then, will there be finger pointing? Who will be thrown on the fire for it? Everywhere you turn it is always someone else’s fault wither it be the federal government, state government but never the local government.
